**SATURDAY AND SUNDAY – AUGUST 27TH AND 28TH 2016**
1200 E. RIGGIN ROAD, MUNCIE, INDIANA


THE RIGGIN FAMILY IS VERY EXCITED TO HOST OUR RIGGIN BRICK BARN FEST AGAIN THIS YEAR.  WE WOULD LIKE TO INVITE ALL LOCAL AND SURROUNDING AREA EXHIBITORS AND CRAFTERS TO SELL AND DISPLAY THEIR UNIQUE, HAND CRAFTED,  CREATIVE AND / OR  ANTIQUE MERCHANDISE.  WE WILL NOT BE CHARGING ADMISSION FEES TO HELP ENCOURAGE LOTS OF SHOPPERS TO ATTEND.

SHOW TIME:
9:30 A.M. TO 5:00 P.M. ON SATURDAY
10:00 TO 4:00 P.M. ON SUNDAY
YOU MUST KEEP YOUR BOOTH OPEN BOTH DAYS
(NO EARLY BREAKDOWNS PLEASE !!)

FESTIVAL FEE AND BOOTH SIZE:
 $ 45.00 -BEFORE APPLICATION DEADLINE OF AUGUST 1, 2016. 
 $ 55.00 - AFTER THE AUGUST 1ST DEADLINE.
              **NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER AUGUST 24, 2016 **
 BOOTH SIZE 12' X 12'  VENDORS MUST STAY WITHIN THE PERIMETERS OF THEIR ASSIGNED BOOTH.  YOUR BOOTH MUST BE KEPT PRESENTABLE AND NEAT AT ALL TIMES.  ALL STOCK, BOXES AND PERSONAL ITEMS SHOULD BE KEPT OUT OF SIGHT.  NO TABLES WILL BE PROVIDED.  YOUR TABLES MUST BE COVERED.

 POP-UP AWNINGS WILL BE ALLOWED DURING OUR FESTIVAL.  AWNING WEIGHTS ARE REQUIRED.  ELECTRICITY/ GENERATORS WILL BE AVAILABLE UNTIL SUPPLY RUNS OUT.  AN EXTRA $ 10.00/ 100 WATTS USED WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR APPLICATION FEE IF ELECTRICITY / GENERATOR ARE NEEDED.  VENDORS USING GENERATORS WILL BE LOCATED IN DESIGNATED AREAS.  YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO BRING YOUR OWN UL APPROVED EXTENSION CORD. 
    ** GENERATORS / ELECTRICITY ARE NOT TO BE USED FOR ANY KIND OF HEAT SOURCE. **
APPLICATIONS:
ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE TURNED IN BY AUGUST 24, 2016  OR UNTIL BOOTH SPACE IS FULL.  YOUR APPLICATION MUST BE TURNED IN WITH YOUR FESTIVAL FEE PAYMENT.  CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS SHOULD BE MADE OUT TO RIGGIN BRICK BARN FESTIVAL.  PLEASE MAIL APPLICATION AND YOUR CHECK OR MONEY ORDER TO: ROBYN CUNNINGHAM, 10060 W. C.R. 400 SOUTH, DALEVILLE, IN  47334.

SINCE THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT,  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER.  BOOTH SPACE WILL BE ASSIGNED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS AFTER THE APPLICATION AND THE MONEY HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.


SET UP TIME: 
FRIDAY AUGUST 26,  BETWEEN 6:00-8:00 P.M. & SATURDAY AUGUST 27,  BETWEEN 7:00- 9:30 A.M.
VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK IN ONCE THEY ARRIVE.  CHECK IN WILL BE LOCATED INSIDE THE RED BARN.

DELAWARE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT:
VENDORS SERVING FOOD OR BEVERAGES MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE DELAWARE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
VENDORS MUST SPECIFY IF THEY WILL BE SELLING FOOD OR BEVERAGE ITEMS ON THE APPLICATION.  A LIST OF ALL FOOD / BEVERAGE VENDORS WILL BE SUPPLIED TO THE DELAWARE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT BY THE RIGGIN BRICK BARN FESTIVAL COMMITTEE.  PERMITS MUST BE ON DISPLAY WITHIN YOUR BOOTH.  NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WILL BE SERVED. 

** OUR INSURANCE CARRIER REQUIRES THAT ALL FOOD VENDORS AND VARIOUS OTHER ACTIVITIES MUST PROVIDE US A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE.  THE CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE MUST BE RECEIVED WITH THE APPLICATION.  THE CERTIFICATE MUST SHOW REA RIGGIN AND SONS, INC. AND THE RIGGIN BRICK BARN FEST  OF 1200 E. RIGGIN ROAD, MUNCIE, IN 47304  LISTED AS THE CERTIFICATE HOLDER.**

BOOTH SECURITY:  BOOTHS / TABLES MUST BE COVERED AND ABLE TO WITHSTAND WIND AND RAIN.  THERE IS AN OVERNIGHT SECURITY PATROL, BUT ANY MERCHANDISE SHOULD BE SECURED AND THE FESTIVAL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE.

IDENTIFICATION:
IT IS A GREAT IDEA TO LABEL YOUR PRODUCTS, PROVIDE BUSINESS CARDS OR HANG A SIGN TO IDENTIFY YOUR BOOTH'S NAME.

DRAWINGS/CONTESTS:
DRAWINGS AND RAFFLES ARE FORBIDDEN, EXCEPT BY THE FESTIVAL COMMITTEE.

Rea Riggin and Sons, Inc., The Riggin Brick Barn Festival, it's officers, committee members and family shall not be held responsible for and shall be held harmless from any claim for loss, damage or injury to any goods or property, or to any persons for any reasons whatsoever, during the occupancy of space as provided in this agreement or in any connections with the Riggin Brick Barn Festival.
